How to install and connect
- Download and install DeskOne on both computers — yours and the one you want to connect to.
- Find the remote computer’s ID and password — they are shown in the app’s main window.
- Enter the ID and password on your side and click “Connect”. A few seconds later you will see the remote desktop.
Which version to download
You don’t need to choose. There is one installer for every system: it detects your Windows version — from 7 to 11 — and whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit, and installs the matching DeskOne build.
How much it costs
DeskOne is free to download, and you get 2 hours of free use every day — enough to help family or to check your work computer quickly. For unlimited use there is a lifetime license with a one-time payment and no subscription. Online purchase for international customers is coming soon; see Pricing.

Yes. Downloading and installing is free, and the free mode gives you 2 hours of use every day. The limit resets daily.
Can I connect to a computer in another city or country?
Yes. DeskOne works over the internet; distance and provider do not matter as long as both computers are online.
Is it safe to give someone access to my computer?
Nobody can connect without the ID and password. Share them only with people you trust — never with strangers who call claiming to be from your bank or “tech support”.
