Delivery

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

DeskOne is computer software distributed in digital form. Nothing is shipped physically; “delivery” means providing the license key that activates the full version of the Program.

How it works

Download and install the Program from deskone.ru.
Run DeskOne — the activation window shows your unique computer code (HWID).
Go to the website, place an order with your computer code and e-mail address, and pay with a convenient method.
Once payment is received, the license key is generated automatically and sent to the e-mail address you provided; it also becomes available in your account on the Website (“My licenses”).
Enter the key in the Program’s activation window — the free-mode limit (2 hours of use per day) is removed.

Timing

In most cases the key is issued automatically within a few minutes of payment. In rare cases of technical issues it may take up to 24 hours.

If the e-mail does not arrive

Check the Spam/Promotions folder of your mailbox and the “My licenses” section of your account on the Website. If you still cannot find the key, write to support@deskone.ru with your e-mail address and order number.

Companies and sole traders

Issuing separate invoices and closing documents for organizations is not automated at the moment — please contact support@deskone.ru in advance to agree on the payment and paperwork procedure.
