Payment and refunds
Online purchase for international customers is coming soon. The terms below apply to orders paid on the Website.
What you buy
A DeskOne license key — a perpetual right to use the Program on one computer. Payment is one-time, with no subscription and no further charges.

Before purchase, a free mode is available — up to 2 hours of use per day with no feature restrictions.
Payment methods
Payments on the Website are processed by the Robokassa payment service — with MIR, Visa and Mastercard bank cards and via the Faster Payments System (SBP). Card details are entered on the payment service’s secure page — the Website does not receive or store the card number, expiry date or CVC/CVV code.
Payment security
Payment processing complies with the PCI DSS security standard and is provided by the payment aggregator ROBOKASSA LLC. The connection to the payment page is protected by TLS.
Refunds
Full refund — at any time before the license key is issued, upon request to support@deskone.ru.
After the key has been issued, the order is deemed fulfilled; a refund is then possible only if the Program has a material defect attributable to the Contractor that could not be remedied within 10 business days of the request — in that case a full refund is made.
No refund is made for orders where the key was issued correctly and the reason for the request is that the User’s computer does not meet the technical requirements, an incorrectly entered computer code, or a decision not to use the Program in the absence of a technical defect (since a free evaluation mode is available before purchase). If the computer code was entered incorrectly, a paid key reissue is available — see section 8 of the Public offer.
Refund requests are reviewed within up to 10 business days. Refunds are made by the same method that was used for payment.
