Consent to personal data processing
By placing an order or registering an account on deskone.ru, the User freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives this consent to Sole Proprietor Aleksei Vladimirovich Kabetov (INN 744502087487, OGRNIP 308744535800037) (the “Operator”) to process their personal data on the following terms.
1. Personal data covered
Last and first name; e-mail address; phone number (if provided); company name and details (for legal entities and sole proprietors); computer code (HWID); order and payment information; IP address and technical device data.
2. Purposes of processing
Registration and maintenance of the account; placing, processing and fulfilling orders; issuing the license key; operating the signaling server to establish connections between the User’s devices; technical support; informing about order status; compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
3. Actions with personal data
Consent is given to the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, both with and without the use of automation.
4. Methods of processing
Processing is carried out with and without automation, including storage on servers of the Operator and its contractors located in the Russian Federation.
5. Transfer to third parties
The User consents to the Operator transferring the necessary minimum of data to: the payment aggregator ROBOKASSA LLC — to process payments; the Website’s hosting provider and e-mail service — to store data and deliver messages with the license key. These parties process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services to the Operator.
6. Term of consent and withdrawal
6.1. The consent is valid indefinitely, from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn.
6.2. The User may withdraw consent by sending a written request to support@deskone.ru. Processing stops within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal, except for data the Operator is required to keep by law (in particular, order and payment data — at least 5 years under accounting rules).
6.3. The User acknowledges that withdrawing consent and subsequently deleting account data makes it impossible to confirm the right to a previously purchased license or to have the license key reissued for a fee.
