Handy when working from home

Blank the office screen

The work computer’s monitor goes dark, so colleagues cannot see what you are doing.

Files between computers

Copy a document on the work PC and paste it at home — and the other way round.

Quality for your connection

Four modes, from Maximum with accurate colors to Economy for slow internet.

Remote restart

If the work computer freezes, restart it from the command panel and connect again.

For employees and companies

If DeskOne is used for a company’s work, the Business license applies — one-time and lifetime, per computer. The free 2 hours a day are enough to try it out. DeskOne for business →

FAQ

Do I need a VPN or a public IP address?

No. The computers find each other by ID through the DeskOne server and connect directly whenever possible.

Can I connect if the work computer is turned off?

No, the computer must be on and connected to the internet. If it restarts, you can connect again as long as autostart and unattended access are enabled.

Is it safe to leave access to a work computer open?

Only someone who knows the personal password can get in. Only a derivative of the password is stored on disk, and sessions are encrypted end to end.
